A study in contrast and personal expression, the two penthouse residences at The Martin reflect designer Pedram Rahimi’s ability to transform a space through thoughtful detail and refined simplicity. Working closely with Rahimi, we developed custom solutions that complemented each home’s individual character while supporting the balance of beauty and function at the heart of his vision.

Through close collaboration from concept to completion, we helped transform each residence with elements designed to support both form and function. The result is a considered approach to everyday rituals, where craftsmanship and innovation work seamlessly within the home.
